Can I run more than one business on an SMB plan? ›
No. SMB plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) cover exactly 1 business location. If you own multiple businesses or locations, you need an Agency plan — which is designed for managing multiple businesses from one login.
How do extra seats work? ›
Each plan includes a base number of seats (1 on Starter, 2 on Growth, 5 on Pro). If you add more team members — a receptionist, a marketing person, a manager — you pay a per-seat add-on at the same plan tier. Starter extra seat: ₹299/mo. Growth: ₹499/mo. Pro: ₹699/mo. The extra users get access to the same features as your plan.
What is a "client report login" on Agency plans? ›
For ₹99/client/month, your client gets a read-only login to see their own business dashboard — campaign results, contact growth, Google rating, social media numbers. They can't send campaigns, edit contacts, or touch settings. The agency manages all of that. This is optional — you can manage everything on their behalf without them ever logging in.
What happens if I go over my contact or campaign limits? ›
You'll get a warning at 80% usage. At 100%, new contacts can't be added and campaigns are paused until you upgrade. We never delete your data. Upgrading restores access immediately.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial? ›
No. Your 7-day free trial starts the moment you sign up. No payment details needed. The trial gives you Pro-level access so you can try every feature before deciding which plan fits.
What happens when my trial ends? ›
You'll get a reminder 2 days before. If you choose to continue, pick a plan and pay via UPI, card, or net banking through Razorpay. If you don't, your account is paused — your data is safe for 30 days.
Do you charge per WhatsApp message? ›
We don't charge per message. WhatsApp Business API message costs (charged by Meta/Gupshup) apply separately and are typically ₹0.30–₹0.70 per 24-hour conversation window, not per message.
